Scouting Report: Breaking down Senior Bowl standout and Arizona State OT Max Iheanachor
From JUCO to Arizona State to Senior Bowl standout, what should we make of Arizona State offensive tackle Max Iheanachor and his 2026 NFL Draft profile?
The East-West Shrine Bowl and Senior Bowl have both come to a close, officially kicking off the 2026 NFL Draft pre-draft process. As a result, I am going to try to kick out one scouting report a day to load the site up with all the necessary information needed this draft cycle (and as a reminder, I will package them all into a guide ahead of the draft as well).
So today, let’s talk about Arizona State offensive tackle and Senior Bowl standout Max Iheanachor.
A JUCO product, Iheanachor, a Los Angeles native, transferred to Arizona State after two seasons at East Los Angeles College. You may be familiar with the name of the university, featured on the basketball version of Netflix’s Last Chance U. He chose Arizona State over the likes of Cal, Jackson State, Kansas, Missouri, BYU, Iowa State, and more.
The big man started 30 games for the Sun Devils over the last three seasons, including a role as the full-time starter over the last two years. He came into the season with Day 2 grades from scouts.
So, did Iheanachor live up to the hype in 2025? Let’s talk about his 2026 NFL Draft potential here.
