One of my favorite parts of creating NFL Draft content and doing mock drafts (I hate the overall process of writing mock drafts) is putting thought into which players fit respective teams and their schemes around the NFL.

There are times when you turn on the tape and immediately see the vision of a prospect fitting with a particular coach, scheme, and team. This year is no different in that regard, so let’s talk about which 2026 NFL Draft prospects fit the bill.

I wrote this article last year as well, and two of the eight that I mentioned landed in their ideal fits. Both Seattle Seahawks safety Nick Emmanwori and Indianapolis Colts tight end Tyler Warren were guys that I paired up with from a year ago. Both of those players went on to have stellar seasons with their respective teams as rookies.

So, which 10 players did I play match-maker with this year?
