Inside the Film Room: A dark horse contender for the best offensive lineman in the 2027 NFL Draft class

Sitting 63rd on the consensus board, it’s time to get on the Greg Johnson hype train.

Summer scouting is coming to an end, and my board currently sits at 140 players as I continue to prepare for the 2027 NFL Draft. The top offensive lineman on that board?

Minnesota guard Greg Johnson.

In this Inside the Film Room, we’re turning on the tape of his performance against Iowa, who fielded a strong defense a year ago. This is some of the best tape that I’ve watched of any prospect this summer; that is how strong of a performance this was from Johnson.

They do not make offensive linemen with his combination of size and a bag full of traits often.

So, why am I so enthralled with Johnson? Find out in this Inside the Film Room and full scouting report here!
